Microsilica fibrous gel-JS600F Made of high-strength and impermeable concrete

S 600 is a carboxylate-based gel with pozzolanic properties that increases the rheological properties of concrete in the form of a paste to make concrete with high compressive and flexural strength. The mechanism of action of this product is the reaction with the released calcium hydroxide due to hydration of cement.

What are the properties of micro silica gels?

-Reducing the grade of cement used between 10 and 15 percent
- Increasing the fluidity and efficiency of concrete
- Increasing the density and consequently the durability of concrete
- Increasing the compressive strength of concrete between 15 and 40 percent
- Increasing the abrasion resistance of concrete
-Increasing early strength of concrete
- Increasing the tensile strength and impermeability of concrete
- Increasing the resistance of concrete against the cycle of melting and freezing
- Increasing resistance in alkaline environments
- Increasing the chemical resistance of concrete against the attack of harmful chlorine ions, nitrates and sulfates
- Easy pumpability and reduction of machinery depreciation

What are the possible problems caused by hot air for fresh concrete?

- More water Supplement is needed
- Difficulty in controlling the amount of air in concrete
-Increasing the speed of concrete setting and reducing workability
- Increasing the possibility of cracking due to plastic shrinkage
-Increasing the speed of slump drop and the desire to reuse water

What is concrete antifreeze and what are its uses?

- Making concrete and concreting in cold and frosty weather up to -15 degrees Celsius
-Prevention of concrete freezing for all types of reinforced structures
-Suitable for speeding up operation of structures
-Carrying concrete in cold weather and sudden temperature drop
- Carrying out repair work in cold and frost
- Accelerating the opening of templates
- Reinforced and prefabricated concretes
