Strength concrete adhesive G60
Normally, G60 additive is used between 10 and 20 percent of cement weight.
To adhesive two layers of concrete, one unit of adhesive is mixed with one unit of water.
The exact amount of adhesive depends on the granulation, the level of penetration of the surface and the water used.
Strength Concrete Adhesive G60 An emulsion based on synthetic resins for concrete adhesion
Description :
G60 is a thick and homogenous polymer emulsion that is made on the basis of synthetic resins and is used to increase the adhesion of mortar or to stick a new layer of concrete on the old layer, to repair the previous layer due to the reaction with water and cement. On creating adhesive properties, it creates coherence and continuity in the texture of concrete.
Properties and effects:
- Increasing the strength of adhesion and continuity between new and old concrete
- Increasing tensile and bending strength of concrete
- Increasing the adhesion and cohesion of mortar components
- Increased resistance to cracking
- Increasing the strength of concrete in frost cycles
Application :
- Repair of surface damage of concrete structures
- Bonding of repair mortar components
- The possibility of implementing thin layers of concrete
- Connecting new concrete with old concrete
In accordance with the standards:
ASTM C1042 – ASTM C1059 – ASTM C 1440
Consumption :
Normally, G60 additive is used between 10 and 20 percent of cement weight.
To adhesive two layers of concrete, one unit of adhesive is mixed with one unit of water.
The exact amount of adhesive depends on the granulation, the level of penetration of the surface and the water used.
Method of Use :
Before using G50, the damaged surface of the concrete should be cleaned from any loose elements, dust and grease, and then thoroughly watered with fresh water.
It should be mixed with dry ingredients instead of water in the amount of 10 to 40% as a Repairand then used.
Maintenance :
It can be stored in the original packaging and in a covered warehouse away from direct sunlight at a temperature of 10-40 °C for one year after the date of manufacture.
Package type :
4 and 10 kg buckets
safety tips :
This material is not flammable and is not harmful to the environment. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. In case of eye contact, wash with plenty of water. It is recommended to use protective glasses and gloves while working.
