BC.OIL G – Mold Oil Based On Oil
Separating the mold based on petroleum materials and creating a dry and slippery surface after implementation.
BC.OIL G mold oil is based on petroleum to facilitate the release of the mold and prevent concrete from sticking to the mold. These chemical oils form a very thin layer on the surface of the molds, which makes it easy to separate the mold from the mold. It becomes concrete.
Physical and chemical characteristics:
Physical state liquid
Color Brown
Density 0.9 gr/cm³
Flammability Flammable
Properties and effects:
It is flammable
No need to apply blows
Higher coverage power
Increasing the life of concrete forms
No change in the shape of the color of the surface of concrete and mold
Application:
Lubrication of the surface of all kinds of metal, wooden and plastic molds
Lubrication of the surface of prefabricated molds with various designs
Surface lubrication of all types of sliding molds
Consumption:
The amount of BC.OIL G consumption depends on the conditions of the mold surface and the environmental conditions of the workshop. Each liter of petroleum-based mold oil is used for 15 to 20 square meters of mold surface.
consumption instruction:
First, the surface of the mold should be cleaned of any previous concrete or dust. Then, you can use a gun, roller pen, or sponge to coat the surface of the mold with BC.OIL G base oil.
