Description :

JS504F is a pozzolanic additive in gel form and increases the rheological properties of concrete in the form of a paste to make concrete with high compressive and flexural strength. The mechanism of action of this product is the reaction with the released calcium hydroxide due to hydration of cement. The presence of waterproof materials in this product makes the concrete very impermeable, increases its durability and stability. The fibers used in it increase the flexural and tensile strength.

Consumption :

The optimal consumption rate of JS504F of this product is determined according to the tests at the concreting site and mixing plan (amount and type of cement, sand, gravel , water and other materials) and air temperature and determined resistances. The recommended consumption dose is between 5 to 9% of the weight of cement used.

Method of Use :

1. To be added to the ready-mixed concrete in the mixer truck or when making concrete to batching.
2. It is mixed with part and all of water concrete and then added to concrete.

Mixing time and reaching the appropriate rheology varies according to the volume of cement. Mixing takes between 60 and 90 seconds per cubic meter.

No additives should be poured directly on cement or dry stone materials.

Maintenance :

It can be stored in the original packaging and in a covered warehouse away from direct sunlight at a temperature of 10-30 ° C for one year after the date of manufacture.
