High resistance ready grout GRT R100
Mold around the grouting area. The height of the mold should be higher than the height of the grouting. The desired area (surface and under the base plate) should be cleaned from any loose elements and dust. To prevent cracks in the previous concrete surface, completely water the grouting area with potable water.
High Strength Ready Grout GRT R100 is Based on cement with very high resistance without shrinkage.
Description :
Grout GRT R100 is a product based on cement powder that is used to fill cracks and slabs of columns, foundations of machines and substructures of prefabricated parts, and by creating proper continuity, they achieve the desired final strength in a short period of time. . By mixing this grout with water, a homogeneous, fluid, non-shrinking mortar with high compressive strength is created. Granulation of this type of grout is suitable for base plate thickness between 3 and 12 cm.
Properties and effects:
- Grout with high compressive, tensile and bending resistance
- Easy to use and quick to use
- Ability to use the structure quickly
- Reduced start-up and installation costs
- High fluidity and durability
- Reduction of cracking and lack of shrinkage
- Resistant to impact and dynamic loads
Application:
- Grouting in supports, machine foundations and base plates
- Grouting in the base plates of the columns
- Grout around anchor bolts and reinforcements
- Suitable for use in cranes and rails

In accordance with the standards:
ASTM C942 – ASTM C827 – ASTM C1107 – ASTM C1019 – ASTM C476
Consumption :
The amount of GRT R100 grout used depends on the volume of grouting. On average, about 2200 kg of grout is needed for each cubic meter of empty space. Every 25 kg of powder is mixed with 2.5 to 3.5 liters of water.
Method of Use:
Mold around the grouting area. The height of the mold should be higher than the height of the grouting. The desired area (surface and under the base plate) should be cleaned from any loose elements and dust. To prevent cracks in the previous concrete surface, completely water the grouting area with potable water. After making sure the alignment of the base plate and the correct size of the mold (ramka) related to grouting, start the mixing work. First, pour the required water into the mixer and while the mixer is on, slowly add the calculated amount of GRT R100 powder to the water. Continue the mixing process for about 5 minutes until a homogenous, uniform slurry is made and proper rheology is reached. To achieve the best results, pour the grout in the shortest possible time and from one side.
Always mix a quantity of GRT R100 grout that you can grout in less than 15 minutes. Protect the grouted area from direct sunlight for 7 days and maintain it by using constant watering or curing product or wet sack.
Storage conditions:
It can be stored in the original packaging and in a covered warehouse away from direct sunlight at a temperature of 10-30 °C for one year after the date of manufacture.
