Microsilica Slurry MS7 Making strong, sealing, impermeable concrete and increasing compressive, tensile and flexural strength

Description:

MS7 is a pozzolanic microsilica slurry that with the release of calcium hydroxide from the hydration reaction and the existing silica fumes, causes sealing, impermeability and increased mechanical and abrasion resistance of concrete and any environmental damage caused by destructive ions.

Physical and chemical properties

physical state                    Slurry

Color                                   Gray

Density                                1.32  g/cm³

Chloride Content              Nil to EN 934

Properties and effects:

Sealing and making the concrete impermeable

Increase chemical and mechanical strength and impermeability of concrete against corrosive ions Increase concrete resistance against chlorine ion and sulfate ions and acidic environments Increase concrete strength in freezing cycles Increase concrete density and improve concrete pumpability Reduce water to cement increase Concrete durability Application: Making impermeable concrete (resistant to water penetration and destructive ions) Making high-strength concrete for bulk concreting Concreting for various sealing structures such as water and sewage tanks, dams, swimming pools, treatment plants, retaining walls and Concreting in corrosive coastal areas Concrete in corrosive and acidic environments

complies with standards:

BS EN 12390-8 – BS EN 1881-122

Consumption rate:

The optimal consumption rate of MS7 microsilica slurry is determined according to the tests at the concreting site of the mixing plan (amount and type of cement, sand, gravel, water and other materials) and air temperature and specified resistances. The recommended consumption dose is between 5 to 9% of the weight of cement used.

How to use:

1.to be added to ready-mixed concrete in the mixer truck or when making concrete to batching.

  1. It is mixed with part and all of water concrete and then added to concrete.

Mixing time and reaching the appropriate rheology varies according to the volume of cement. Mixing takes between 60 and 90 seconds per cubic meter.

No additives should be poured directly on cement or dry stone materials.

It is recommended to use a superplasticizer along with microsilica slurry to achieve better fluidity.

Storage conditions:

Can be stored in the original packaging and in a covered warehouse away from direct sunlight at a temperature of 10-30 ° C for one year after the date of manufacture.

Packing type:

25 kg bucket

Safety tips:

This material is not flammable and is not harmful to the environment. Avoid contact of this substance with eyes and skin. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water. Goggles and gloves are recommended when working
