Power Gel JS 800 Construction of strong and impervious concrete, with high tensile and compressive strength with premature resistance

Description :

JS 800 is an additive with pozzolanic property based on carboxylate and in gel form, and it increases the rheological property of concrete in a paste form while maintaining more efficiency. It is used to make concrete with high compressive and flexural strength. The mechanism of action of this product is the reaction with calcium hydroxide released due to cement hydration. The manufactured product is useful in concrete composition, it greatly reduces the permeability of concrete, and increases its durability and stability.

Consumption :

The optimal amount of Power Gel JS 800 consumption is determined according to workshop tests and mixing plan (amount and type of cement, sand, water and other materials) and air temperature and determined resistances. The dose of pre-mixing is between 1 and 3% of the weight of the cement used.

Method of Use :

1. To be added to ready concrete in a truck mixer or to batching when making concrete.
2. It is mixed with some and all of the concrete water and then added to the concrete.

The time of mixing and reaching the appropriate rheology varies according to the volume of cement. Between 60 and 90 seconds of mixing time is required per cubic meter.

No additive should be poured directly on cement or dry stone materials.

Maintenance :

It can be stored in the original packaging and in a covered warehouse away from direct sunlight at a temperature of 10-30 °C for one year after the date of manufacture.
