BC-AP60 ceramic tile adhesive is a micronized powder, based on cement with polymer additives, and will speed up the process of gluing tiles. This work was previously done by cement grouts, which is a costly and time-consuming process. Consumption:
The consumption amount of BC-AP60 according to the surface of the substrate, the type of tile, as well as laboratory and workshop tests, about 2 to 3 kg of adhesive is needed to cover one square meter. For each kilogram of powder, 280 grams, in other words, for each bag. 7 liters of water is required for 25 kilos.

Before using BC-AP60 , the surface must be clean, free of loose particles and dust. First, slowly add the powder to the required amount of water and mix with an electric mixer. After obtaining a homogenous paste with proper rheology, spread the required amount of adhesive on the surface with a toothed spatula and immediately After that, install the tile by applying pressure on it.
Maintenance:
It can be stored in the original packaging and in a covered warehouse away from direct sunlight at a temperature of 10-30 degrees Celsius for one year after the date of manufacture.
