Liquid Shotcrete Accelerator-SHOT-FL33

SHOT-FL33 quick-setting shot crit liquid increases strength and reduces the initial setting time. The free calcium hydroxide produced by the cement hydration process is a weak phase and prone to corrosion. By adding SHOT-FL33, insoluble calcium carbonate is formed. This material is hardened and increases the strength of mortar and concrete. The profit from the relevant reaction accelerates the reaction of silicate and aluminate.

The optimal consumption of SHOT-FL33 according to the amount and type of cement, water and other materials, the temperature of the air and the determined resistances, the thickness of the concrete spraying layer, the type of concrete spraying device and spraying nozzle, and the time required for the shot operation and speed The construction of concrete is specified. The dose of pre-mixing is between 3 and 8% of the weight of the cement used.

Usage method:

SHOT-FL33 can be connected separately to the output part of the shot pump and mixed with the required water for concrete and used.

Maintenance conditions:

It can be stored in the original packaging and in a covered warehouse away from direct sunlight at a temperature of 10-30 °C for one year after the date of manufacture.
