Damping of pools, concrete tanks, canals and treatment plants

One of the cost-effective and reliable methods for sealing concrete structures, such as liquid tanks, water treatment plants, and swimming pools, is the use of plastic sealing belts. The structure of this system is entirely made of plastic with industrial polymer materials with the aim of preventing water penetration from inside or outside the concrete structure.

The system between the plastic sealing belt consists of the following items:

1- A plastic pipe made of hardened PVC in the form of ribs, which causes a complete conflict with concrete

2- Plastic cone

3- Plastic reel

4- Simple stopper

5- Edged stopper

Advantages of the plastic sealing belt:

1-No need for double gear belts

2- Use of ballots in other parts of the project

3- Increasing the speed of execution in opening the template system

4- No oxidation of the product after being buried in concrete

5- Affordable price compared to other waterproof belts

Installation steps between the plastic water seal bolts:

Step 1:

After the assembly of the plastic waterproof intermediate billet (without stoppers), it is placed between the modular molding system and placed between the two sides of the wall by the metal billet holding the molding system, and concreting is done.

Step 2:

After opening the modular molding system, the cones should be separated from the two sides of the waterproof insert. Then, a U stopper is transferred into the pipe by a hammer, and then two T stoppers are pushed in from both sides of the pipe with pressure and impact from one side.

Step 3:

After removing the cones, we fill the remaining hole at both ends of the molding system with grout.
